OVERVIEW

Indulge in a calm and leisurely session of Golf Solitaire, an enjoyable and straightforward card game that aims to clear the playing field by matching cards either one rank higher or lower than the card at the top of the discard pile. There is no need to concern oneself with the suits, as the focus lies solely on the numbers. Should you find yourself stuck, you can draw a new card from the deck to continue your gameplay. This game serves as an ideal choice for a brief respite or a means to unwind after a long day.


PROCEDURE

  • Objective: Successfully eliminate all cards by transferring them to the discard pile.
  • Setup: Arrange the cards into 7 columns with 5 face-up cards each; the remaining cards compose the draw pile.
  • Gameplay: To move a card to the discard pile, click on it from the board if its number is either one rank higher or lower than the card currently atop the discard pile. Suits do not affect this process. Aces can be placed on either Kings or Twos.
  • Victory Condition: Completely clear the playing field by removing all cards.
  • Defeat Condition: Exhaust all possible moves and deplete the draw pile.
